“Lyme Disease, which is spread by ticks, continues to be a threat in our region and throughout North America,” said Hennessey. “I’d like to invite residents to a very informative community presentation on this subject that will feature an expert on the disease, and information from a patient who has had to deal with it.”

The speakers for this event will be Doug Fearn, president of the Lyme Disease Association of Southeastern Pennsylvania, and Barbara Blake, a Lyme Disease patient from Chester County.

Following the presentation, a question and answer session will be held. This event is open to the public and there is no admission charge.
